Our construction is 25-35% faster to erect than a conventional building and price per bedspace is monumentally lower than other building forms.

The LIAB Sleep Box is built entirely of refurbished, sustainable ISO steel frame pods - forget recycling, this is upcycling. Several Sleep Boxes can be attached to eachother for more bedspaces. Each container fits up to 24 bedspaces, so even with very small lot footprints, you will be able to have 100+ bedspaces. It's also very easy and fast to relocate the Sleep Boxes, if required.
Bespoke bedspaces
The interior of the Sleep Box can be customised to your requirements and needs - in addition to any safety and environmental requirements in your country. Several options are offered with 20-24 bedspaces and toilet/shower option and lockable storage lockers option. Every cabin has a built-in roller curtain and a lockable drawer for better privacy and an elevated office desk.
